You can always report a rating! If you believe that a comment violates our website guidelines, please hit the “Report” flag icon at the bottom of the rating.

Our team of moderators will review the rating immediately, and remove it if it goes against our community guidelines. If you cannot report the rating, that means it was already flagged and determined not to be in violation of our guidelines. 

Please remember that this is a safe space for employees to share their personal opinions and experiences. That means we stand firmly by every rating, so if it doesn’t violate our Terms & Conditions, it won’t get removed by us. We do NOT remove ratings simply because someone doesn’t agree with what was written. 

As a station, you also have the ability to respond to your ratings. You can add any feedback, or clarifications you believe are necessary. In order to respond, you will need a registered Station Account. You can start the process here. 

Please note: An email address with your station’s name is required to register. (Ex. admin@wxxx.com)

Although it’s against our guidelines for a station to rate themselves, we do recommend stations encourage their employees to provide ratings. The more ratings you have, the better you will know your newsroom.
