Employees are allowed to submit ratings without verification, or account registration. However, in order to have a “verified” sticker listed above a rating that’s been posted, employees must first upload supporting documents that prove they work(ed) for that newsroom. Each and every verification sticker is approved by a human moderator. This certification process helps us identify suspicious users, or ratings—and gives us confidence in the information we provide.
